We’ll start with the vehicle details from your quote. If you call to place an order, we may be able to look up a quote you got online. We’ll need to know the year of the vehicle, the full pickup and delivery addresses, your phone number, and the name and phone number of the pickup and delivery contact (if it’s someone other than you). Finally, we’ll need a credit card to put on file. We’ll authorize the card to make sure it was entered correctly, but there’s no charge or hold until we schedule a trucker for pickup.
If you’re booking in advance this won’t happen until a few days before your first available date at the earliest. If you are placing an order that is available to be picked up immediately, it can take up to five days until your card will be charged.
