After you have been assigned/dispatched a truck, you will receive an email notification with an estimated pick-up/loading date as well as the trucker’s phone number. The trucker will usually call a few hours before delivery to give you an approximate arrival time to your address. If you have any special requests, arrangements can be made accordingly.
