Employees will be paid bi-weekly for all the time worked during a given pay period.

Payroll stubs itemize deductions made from gross earnings. By law, Proficient Auto Transport, Inc. is required to make deductions for Social Security, federal income tax and any other appropriate taxes. These required deductions also may include any court-ordered garnishments. Payroll stubs also will differentiate between regular pay received and overtime pay received.

If there is an error in any employee’s pay, the employee should bring the matter to the attention of the Head of Human Resources immediately so the Company can resolve the matter quickly and amicably.

All employees are provided necessary instructions so that they can access their pay stub information on a phone application. The Company does not generate paper stubs. However, upon request, employee can request printouts from the Payroll or HR department.
