Proficient Auto Transport, currently offers group health, dental, vision, long term disability and life insurance plans to all full-time employees. Insurance coverage typically begins on the first day of the month following 60 days of full-time employment. Employees have 45 days from the date of hire to make online elections. Once made, elections remain in place for the remainder of the plan year. Qualifying events or change in status, as defined by the Plan document, allow employees to make changes consistent with the change of status.
