Driver Login User Guide
Since its establishment, Proficient Auto Transport has expanded rapidly from a single truck to a nationwide network of over 300 trucks and 500 drivers.
Delivering a Load with Damages
After you have loaded and submitted a load via the app it will be available in the Deliveries tab.
3. Choose an option.
Navigate To…: Choose this option for directions to the delivery location. This will open your device’s map application.
Phone Number: Choose this option to call the delivery location.
Show Notes: Choose this option to show any notes for the delivery location.
Cancel: Choose this option to close this window and go back to the load details.
Deliver: Choose this option to start the delivery process.
1. Select the vehicle you would like to deliver. A menu of options will open.
2. Click Damage.
3. Click Press here to add one., or click Add in the top-right cor

4. Select the Area, Type and Severity of damage that the attendee has agreed to (you will be able to dispute these
damages later). You can also enter any Comments (optional) and take a Photo of the damage (optional or as required by
each company).
5. Click Save.
6. Click Units to return to load details or Add to enter additional damages to the current vehicle.
7. Repeat this process with all vehicles that have damage upon delivery
8. Once all damages have been documented, return to the Units screen and click Deliver All Units.
9. If you are not currently at or near the delivery location you will be alerted and asked to confirm that you want to deliver the
unit(s) for this client. Click OK to confirm.
10. If you are at or near the delivery location then you will only be asked to confirm you want to deliver all units. Click OK to
confirm.
11. All vehicles will now be marked Delivered. And the Load status will be marked as Delivered/Unsent.
Next, you will need to submit the delivered load via the app. See Submitting a Delivered Load

After you have loaded and submitted a load via the app it will be available in the Deliveries tab.
1. Click the Deliveries tab (iPhone) or select Deliveries from the side menu (Android).
2. Click on a load to bring up options for this load.
3. Choose an option.

1. If none of the vehicles being delivered have damage then you can simply click Deliver All Units.
2. If you are not currently at or near the delivery location you will be alerted and asked to confirm that you want to deliver
the unit(s) for this client. Click OK to confirm.
3. If you are at or near the delivery location then you will only be asked to confirm you want to deliver all units. Click OK to
confirm.
4. All vehicles will now be marked Delivered. And the Load status will be marked as Delivered/Unsent.
Next, you will need to submit the delivered load via the app. See Submitting a Delivered Load
1. Go to the Google Play Store and search “V-TAS”.
2. Select the V-TAS by Viridian Transvision app
3. Click INSTALL, then click ACCEPT on the next screen.
4. Once the app has downloaded click OPEN or open the app from your home screen.
5. Enter the install code that has been provided to you by the dispatch company and click Register. If the install code is not
working make sure you have entered it correctly and then contact the dispatch company for assistance. Only the dispatch
company can confirm your install code.

You can find your assigned loads under the Loads tab/menu selection.
1. Press the Loads tab (iPhone) or select Loads from the side menu (Android).
2. If there are no loads listed on the screen pull down to refresh or click Refresh in the top-right corner.
3. Click on Select with VIN Scan to find a load by scanning a VIN or scroll to find the load you need. If the load you are
looking for is not listed you may need to contact dispatch to have them resend the load to your device. Make sure you are
only logged in to one device prior to doing this
4. Click on the load to view the load details.
5. You may be asked to Accept or Decline the load before proceeding. If you Accept the load you will be able to proceed
with loading. If you Decline the load you will not be able to proceed with loading.
QUICK TIP: You can choose to show or hide the destinations by clicking
Show/Hide Destinations.
6. Click on the load details to bring up options for this load
7. Choose an option.
Navigate To…: Choose this option for directions to the origin location. This will open your device’s map application.
Phone Number: Choose this option to call the origin location.
Show Notes: Choose this option to show any notes for the origin location.
Cancel: Choose this option to close this window and go back to the load details.
Load: Choose this option to start the loading process
You are now ready to load vehicles! See Loading a Vehicle without Damage
If a unit has a document associated with it, such as a BOL, Manifest or Release, a document icon will be visible on that
unit. Some clients may also have associated documents.
To see unit documents:
1. Click on the load details to bring up options for the load.
2. Click on Load.
3. Each unit that has a document associated with it will have a small document icon.
4. Click on the icon to see the documents associated with that unit. You can also access the unit documents by clicking on
the unit and choosing View Documents from the menu.
5. From the document list click View Document to view each associated document.
1. If there are documents associated with a client there will be a large document icon on the load details screen.
2. Click on the icon to see the documents associated with that client.
3. From the document list click View Document to view each associated document.

To start the loading process you have the option of scanning a VIN after you have selected which load you are working.
Some companies may require you to scan VINs to load your vehicles.
Scanning a VIN
1. After clicking Load (see Finding Your Loads (https://vtvsolutions.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/17000055202-
finding-your-loads)), click on the barcode icon located on the top menu.
iPhone Users: Give permission for V-TAS to access your camera, if prompted.
Android Users: If this is the first time you are using the scanner and you do not currently have the Barcode Scanner
app installed on your phone, you will be asked if you would like to install it. Click Yes. You will be taken to the Google Play
store to install the app. After installing, go back to the V-TAS app and click on the barcode icon again. This will open the
Barcode Scanner app.
2. Center the VIN barcode on the screen. The barcode will automatically be read. A menu of options for that vehicle will
open. (Go to Documenting Damages and Loading.)
Loading a Vehicle without Scanning a VIN
1. After clicking Load (see Finding Your Loads (https://vtvsolutions.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/17000055202-
finding-your-loads)), select the vehicle you would like to load. A menu of options for that vehicle will open. (Go to
Documenting Damages and Loading.)
Documenting Damages and Loading
1. Click Damage.
2. Click Press here to add one., or click Add in the top-right corner.
3. Select the Area, Type and Severity of damage that the attendee has agreed to (you will be able to dispute these
damages later). You can also enter any Comments (optional) and take a Photo of the damage (optional or as required by
each company).
4. Click Save.
5. Click Units to return to load details or Add to enter additional damages to the current vehicle.
6. Once all damages for this vehicle are documented, click Units, select the vehicle again and click Load
7. If you are not currently at or near the loading location you will be alerted and asked to confirm that you want to load the
unit(s) for this client. Click OK to confirm.
8. Enter the Position of the vehicle on your truck. Once you have used an available position it can not be used again until
the unit occupying that position has been delivered via the app.
9. Select which Direction the vehicle is facing.
10. Click Save
11. Repeat this process with all vehicles that have damage.
12. If you need to load vehicles that do not have damage, refer to the article Loading a Vehicle without Damage
(https://vtvsolutions.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/17000055222-loading-a-vehicle-without-damage).
13. Once all vehicles have been loaded the load status should now be marked Loaded/Unsent.

finding-your-loads)), select the vehicle you would like to load. A menu of options for that vehicle will open. (Go to Loading.)
Loading
1. Click Load. If you are not currently at or near the loading location you will be alerted and asked to confirm that you want
to load the unit(s) for this client. Click OK to confirm.
2. Enter the Position of the vehicle on your truck. Once you have used an available position it can not be used again until
the unit occupying that position has been delivered via the app.
3. Select which Direction the vehicle is facing.
4. Click Save
6. Repeat this process with all vehicles that have no damage.
7. If you need to load a vehicle that has damage go to Loading a Vehicle with Damage
(https://vtvsolutions.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/17000055223-loading-a-vehicle-with-damage).
8. Once all vehicles have been loaded the load status should now be marked Loaded/Unsent

After you have successfully downloaded the app and used your install code to register (see Downloading the App and
Using Your Install Code – Android (https://vtvsolutions.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/17000054465-
downloading-the-app-and-using-your-install-code-android) or Downloading the App and Using Your Install Code –
iPhone (https://vtvsolutions.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/17000054467-downloading-the-app-and-using-yourinstall-code-iphone)) you can log in using your Driver ID and Password.
Logging In
1. Enter the Driver ID and Password provided to you by the dispatch company and click Login. If the Driver ID and/or
Password is not working make sure you have entered them correctly and then contact the dispatch company for
assistance. Only the dispatch company can confirm your Driver ID and Password.
2. iPhone only: If this is your first time logging in on this device you may be asked to allow V-TAS to access your motion &
fitness activity. Click OK. This is required for the app to work properly
Adding a New Account
1. Click Accounts. You can find this button on the Log In screen or, if you are already logged in, as a tab/menu selection.
2. Click + Add New Account.
3. Enter the install code given to you by that dispatch company and click Register.
4. Follow the steps for logging in (above).
Switching Between Accounts
If you have more than one account (you are a driver registered with more than one dispatching company that uses V-TAS)
you can switch between all the companies you are registered with.
1. Click Accounts. You can find this button on the Log In screen or, if you are already logged in, as a tab/menu selection.
2. Select the company you want to log in for, select Switch To and follow the steps for logging in (above).
After you have delivered all units (see Delivering a Load without Damages
(https://vtvsolutions.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/17000056109-delivering-a-load-without-damages) or Delivering
a Load with Damages (https://vtvsolutions.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/17000056110-delivering-a-load-withdamages)) you can then submit the load via the app.
1. Go to the Deliveries tab and click on the appropriate load.
2. The load status should read Delivered/Unsent. Click Submit in the top-right corner.
3. Click OK to confirm.
NOTE: If there are no damages on the delivered vehicles then some of the following steps may not apply
Accept or Decline Damages
1. Click on Accept or Decline Damages or Next in the top-right corner.
2. On the Damages screen, click Next in the top-right corner.
3. You may now Accept or Dispute each damage listed. If you do not agree with the attendee about entered damages you
can dispute it here and enter additional information.
4. Once all damages are accepted and/or disputed click Next in the top-right corner.
Pre-Confirmation
1. Click on Pre-Confirmation or Next in the top-right corner.
2. Review the vehicles and exceptions and click Accept in the top-right corner.
Sign Off
1. Click on Sign Off or Next in the top-right corner.
2. Enter the Receiver’s Last Name.
3. Click on Receiver Signature and have the receiver review and sign.
4. Click Sign in the top-right corner.
5. Click on Driver Signature, review the vehicles and listed exceptions then sign in the space provided.
6. Click Sign in the top-right corner
7. Enter Email Proof of Delivery (optional). This field is for one time emails only. Those set up to receive proof of delivery
will still receive an email without it being entered here.
8. Click Submit in the top-right corner.
9. Click OK to confirm.
10. You will automatically be take to the Final Confirmation screen.
Final Confirmation
1. Review the vehicles and exceptions and click Done in the top-right corner.
2. The load status will now be marked as Delivered/Sent
After you have loaded all units (see Loading a Vehicle without Damage
(https://vtvsolutions.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/17000055222-loading-a-vehicle-without-damage) or Loading a
Vehicle with Damage (https://vtvsolutions.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/17000055223-loading-a-vehicle-withdamage)) you can then submit the load via the app.
1. Go to the Loads tab and click on the appropriate load.
2. The load status should read Loaded/Unsent. Click Submit in the top-right corner.
3. Click OK to confirm.
NOTE: If there are no damages on the loaded vehicles some of the following steps may not apply.
Accept or Decline Damages
1. Click on Accept or Decline Damages or Next in the top-right corner.
2. On the Damages screen, confirm that the listed damages are accurate then click Next in the top-right corner.
3. You may now Accept or Dispute each damage listed. If you do not agree with the attendee about entered damages you
can dispute it here and enter alternate information.
4. Once all damages are accepted and/or disputed click Next in the top-right corner.
Pre-Confirmation
1. Click on Pre-Confirmation or Next in the top-right corner.
2. Review the vehicles and listed exceptions then click Accept in the top-right corner
Sign Off
1. Click on Sign Off or Next in the top-right corner.
2. Enter the Attendee’s Last Name.
3. Click on Attendee Signature and have the attendee review and sign.
4. Click Sign in the top-right corner
5. Click on Driver Signature and review the vehicles and listed exceptions then sign in the space provided.
6. Click Sign in the top-right corner.
7. Enter Email Proof of Delivery (optional). This field is for one time emails only. Those set up to receive proof of delivery
will still receive an email without it being entered here.
8. Click Submit in the top-right corner.
9. Click OK to confirm.
10. You will automatically be taken to the Final Confirmation screen
Final Confirmation
1. Review the vehicles and listed exceptions and click Done in the top-right corner.
2. This load should now be marked as Loaded/Sent.
