We do not expect this handbook to answer all questions. Supervisors and Human Resources also serve as a major source of information.

Neither this handbook or any other verbal or written communication by a management representative is, nor should be considered, an agreement, contract of employment – expressed or implied – or a promise of treatment in any particular manner, and in any given situation. It does not confer to any contractual rights. Proficient Auto Transport, Inc. adheres to the policy of employment at will, which permits the company or the employee to end the employment relationship at any time, for any reason, with or without cause or notice.

Matters covered by this handbook, including benefit plan descriptions, are also described in separate company documents. These company documents regulate the statements made in this handbook, as well as the statements made by any member of management.

This handbook states only general company guidelines. At any time, the company may, in sole discretion, modify or change any of the statements in this handbook – with or without notice – except for the rights of the parties involved to end employment at will. This can only be modified by a written agreement signed by the employee and the CEO.

This handbook supersedes all prior handbooks.
